Payroll Clerk

Description :

• Process title and registration : Prepare, submit, and track all documents for new, used, and transferred vehicle titles and registrations.
• Ensure legal and financial accuracy : Verify vehicle ownership, check for errors on applications, prepare tax documents, and confirm funds for processing.
• Manage inventory : Update and maintain accurate inventory information for the dealership.
• Maintain compliance : Stay up-to-date on state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations.
• Communicate with stakeholders : Interact with customers to explain the title process, as well as communicate with dealers, lenders, and other relevant parties.
• Handle administrative tasks : Perform other duties such as sending out contracts for signatures or preparing payoff checks.
• Automotive Deal Booking experience a huge plus as we cross-train responsibilities with multi-store processing.
