OTR Driver Benefits :
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
$1500 first Friday after start day
$1500 second Friday
$1000 at 45 days
$1000 at 120 days

Family environment
1 Year OTR Driving Experience Required
Requirements :
- Must be 23 Years of Age or older OTR (21 for Local)
- 1 year of OTR / Regional verifiable experience in the last 3 years OTR
- Able to pass Federal D.O.T. Physical and Drug Screen
- No alcohol related offenses in the past 5 years
- No history of reckless or careless driving in the past 3 years
- No felonies in 7 years
- No cell phone violation 2 years
- Speeding 15 or more MPH over limit 2 years
