LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing title insurance organization to find a Closing Assistant to support real estate transactions. Based in Arlington Heights, Skokie or Westchester, you'll be the connection point between clients, lenders, attorneys and the internal team.

Closing Assistant Responsibilities :

• Schedule signing appointments for closings and pre-signings
• Organize and attach lender packages to files
• Process attorney figures and documentation accurately
• Handle department calls and emails with professionalism
• Route lender and attorney requests to the right departments
• Support communication between closers, lenders, members and staff
• Assist with other tasks as needed
