The Role
We’re adding a Commercial Lines Producer to accelerate growth in our Bryan–College Station office. You’ll focus on new business production across small / middle-market commercial, partnering with a seasoned relationship-builder and a supportive CSR team. Hybrid is welcome; local presence to build community / office rapport is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a new-business pipeline; prospect, quote, and close.
 - Leverage broad CAA carrier access to place competitively.
 - Collaborate with local CSR / producer for smooth onboarding and retention.
 - Engage the BCS / TAMU business community (centers of influence, chamber, alumni, civic groups).
 
What You Bring
