Part-Time Help Desk Administrator (Apple Specialist)
Location : South Dallas, TX (Onsite Only)
Hours : 20–30 hours per week
Position Overview :
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Part-Time Help Desk Administrator to provide onsite IT support in our South Dallas office. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience troubleshooting and supporting Apple devices, particularly iPads and iPhones. The position requires 20–30 hours per week, with all work performed onsite.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide front-line technical support for staff and users, focusing on Apple products (iPads, iPhones, Macs).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with device setup, configuration, and deployment.
- Maintain and track inventory of devices and related equipment.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed.
- Ensure users receive timely and professional service.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and system updates.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a help desk, IT support, or systems administration role.Strong knowledge of Apple devices (iPad, iPhone, MacOS) and related software.Basic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, and security settings.Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.Strong communication and customer service skills.Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.Schedule & Compensation :
Part-time, 20–30 hours per week.Onsite role only (South Dallas location).Compensation based on experience.
