Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel or Contract Assignment

Location : Lincoln, Maine

Pay : $2,207 weekly (includes stipend and travel allowance)

Penobscot Valley Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Lincoln, Maine. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills, providing high-quality patient care to individuals across all age groups in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policy.

Credentials and Requirements

Work Environment

This position involves a variety of physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, stooping, bending, reaching, and balancing. Candidates must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and assist in pushing patients in wheelchairs or stretchers.

Visual and auditory acuity sufficient to assess patients is required.

Potential exposure to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and cleaning chemicals / fumes is part of the work environment.
