Do you thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment where organization and problem-solving are key? Keiths Appliances is looking for a Service & Parts Administrator to join our growing service team. If youre detail-oriented, love keeping things running smoothly, and enjoy helping both customers and coworkers, this role is for you!
What Youll Do :
- Be the friendly voice on our multi-line phone system, connecting customers to the right team members.
- Order and receive appliance parts daily, ensuring accuracy in our inventory system.
- Track returns, credits, and backorders to keep our service operations on point.
- Support our service technicians with the parts and info they need to get the job done right.
- Jump in as needed, whether helping a coworker, backing up phones, or assisting customers directly.
What Were Looking For :
- 12 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, order processing, and inventory systems
- A proactive, positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be a true team player
