About The Position

Job Title : Electrophysiology Tech

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Specialty : Electrophysiology Tech

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 12 hours (06 : 30 - 19 : 00)

Experience : Minimum of 3 years cath lab experience

License : Valid State License required

Certifications : RT (R), RCIS preferred

Must-Have :

Candidate should be able to scrub and pan all cases related to cardiac catheterization lab and device implants.

This includes taking call for patients experiencing ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).

Description :

The role requires proficiency in performing technical procedures in the catheterization lab.

Candidates must have a strong background in electrophysiology and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Electrophysiology Technicians will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

They must be prepared to respond to emergency situations and assist in device implant procedures.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be a team player.

Experience with charting systems is preferred.

Candidates are expected to maintain patient confidentiality and abide by safety protocols.

Additional responsibilities may include training junior staff as needed.
