Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent 5–6 years in manufacturing or process engineering Solid background in design, development, and specification Experience with project scheduling, costing, and budgeting Design and refine manufacturing systems and equipment Support FTF measurement and PPAP documentation Improve product manufacturability with design teams Lead inspections and recommend engineering improvements Analyze data to enhance processes and reduce waste Manage small-scale projects and supplier coordination Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance Share knowledge and support continuous learning Ingenuity : Smart decisions, continuous improvement Collaboration : Strong relationships, shared knowledge Principled Leadership : Accountability, integrity Drive : Innovation, focus, and results GD&T Project Management 5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method) Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Mechanical Design & Engineering Lean Manufacturing Principles Experience in a Manufacturing Environment PPAP Process Experience

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to drive smarter, leaner, and more efficient production systems. You’ll lead process improvements, support PPAP documentation, and collaborate on product design to boost manufacturability and reduce costs. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving engineering challenges, this role is for you.
Preferred Qualifications
- CNC and machining process experience
- Lean manufacturing and change management know-how
- Strong data analysis and process optimization skills
- Supplier and subcontractor coordination experience
