Credentialing Coordinator

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY :

Coordinate the flow of Medical Staff appointment / reappointment applications and processes, manage databases with clinician profiles and privileges, support external credentialing activities, and provide administrative support to the Medical Staff Office and the Quality Department. This position is also responsible for coordinating special projects including, but not limited to, medical staff educational opportunities and performance improvement projects. The position is also expected to assist and coordinate with the insurance enrollment team and assist with onboarding activities and processes. This role also includes collaboration and assistance with general Human Resources related duties as requested. The employee assists with other activities as needed.

Compensation Disclosure in Accordance with Vermont Act 155 :

In compliance with Vermont Act 155, Brattleboro Memorial Hospital provides the compensation range for this position in good faith. The listed range represents the pay scale reasonably expected for a successful candidate based on factors such as relevant experience, education, internal equity, and market competitiveness. Final compensation will be determined during the hiring process.

Salary Description :

The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $27.99 per hour.
