Senior RFP Writer

A company is looking for a Senior RFP Writer to create persuasive proposal responses for new business growth and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and submission of high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and client materials

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather accurate information

Write and edit structured responses tailored to client needs while managing proposal timelines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience in RFP or proposal writing, preferably in financial services

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience collaborating cross-functionally and synthesizing input from experts

Experience with proposal automation tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) preferred
