How You Will Make a Difference:

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to residents, ensuring the highest quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise daily activities carried out by assigned nursing assistants.
• Comply with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure that nursing personnel follow the policies and procedures established by the facility.

What You Need to Make a Difference:

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, enabling you to prioritize and manage multiple projects with high productivity and quality.
• Proficient technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
