About the Role

We're looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist who can hit the ground running in Louisville. This is a commission-based, independent role—perfect for someone who's hungry, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position starts 1099 / comtract with the opportunity to move to full-time / W2

You'll be out in the field visiting local businesses, starting conversations, and building relationships. You'll also follow up with calls, emails, and meetings to close deals and grow accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect local businesses in Louisville and surrounding areas
  • Visit businesses in person to introduce Black Label Campaigns
  • Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and meetings to drive deals forward
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Manage your own pipeline and track progress
  • Work independently to meet and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

  • Proven self-starter who doesn't wait for direction
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with independent, commission-based work
  • Ability to balance in-person visits with consistent follow-up (calls, emails, etc.)
  • Previous sales, marketing, or business development experience is a plus
