CTR Group is seeking a Production Planner / Estimator - CVN Aircraft Carrier, for the Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. Seeking a Production Planner / Estimator with a focus on Aircraft Carriers / CVN or Submarine and work packages.

Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

PAY RANGE : $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Negotiable with Benefits. Plus Per Diem for non-local candidates.

A Contract Position from August 2025 - August 2026

SUMMARY :

The Planner / Estimator will support the codes with planning and estimating for preplanning waterfront execution and emergent repairs documents. Planners / Estimators must have experience with ordering material for non-nuclear propulsion plant systems and equipment on nuclear aircraft carriers or submarines. You will use MRQT, Haystack, and OneTouch access systems. Will be ordering Level I components and reading technical drawings and instructions.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 1 year of experience planning work packages on CVN’s or Submarines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience performing planning, deficiency resolution and / or TWD development work.
• Must have Carrier (CVN) or Submarine experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience planning and estimating for preplanning waterfront execution and emergent repairs documents.
• Experience with ordering material for non-nuclear propulsion plant systems and equipment on nuclear aircraft carriers or submarines.
• Must have at least a Confidential Clearance.
