Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Customer Concierge position. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely response and follow-up to all incoming inquiries and referrals, including those received via website, phone, email, and chat. This position supports all communities and addresses requests across all levels of care : Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Key responsibilities include accurately documenting all lead activity within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring timely and efficient coordination with the appropriate team members, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire inquiry process.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is strongly preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in the life care industry, senior living, or a related field
• Experience in sales is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospective residents and their families
