Director of Finance

Director of Finance (Part Time)

Location : Grand Rapids, MI

Compensation : Up to $74 per hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-12 PM | Fully Onsite

They're looking for a hands-on finance leader to strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and support financial operations. The culture values collaboration, transparency, and practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

Oversee AP / AR activities and cash management.

Lead month-end close, including account reconciliations and preparation of financial statements.

Implement internal controls, including creating processes and documenting procedures.

Assist with ERP-based reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications : Must Have :

5-10+ years of accounting experience

Hands-on experience at Controller, CFO, or Director of Finance level

Strong knowledge of internal controls (creating and documenting procedures)

Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency

Manufacturing experience preferred

ERP experience

Nice to Have : CPA or CMA

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Prior leadership experience

Experience with Sage X3 SEI reporting and SQL
