Physician Psychiatry-Child / Adolescent - Competitive Salary

Location : Richmond, Virginia area

Healthcare Organization : Psychiatric practice offering psychiatric, substance abuse, and general mental health treatment tailored for individuals and families

Opportunity : Seeking BC / BE Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to join established and growing team

• Inpatient / outpatient mix.
• Monday-Friday scheduling
• Providers spend mornings in the hospital and afternoons in office
• Opportunity to become a partner after 5 years
• One hour initial evaluations, 3-4 follow ups per hour
• LCSW, Psychologists, Counselors do all psychotherapy
• Active VA license required by start

Compensation : Minimum income guarantee of $300,000 ($25,000 / month) as providers build up. Most providers do not need this for more than 4 or 5 months. Unlimited income potential - providers have made up to $1,000,000 with average production being $650,000-$750,000 . Sign on bonus, relocation reimbursement available.
