Key Responsibilities
Execute decision-making to analyze and resolve claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved
Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process
Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, adhering to clients' policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
Appropriate licensing and / or certification in all states where claims are handled
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
