OPTIMIZATION DEVELOPER

What experience should you have :

Must have :

3+ years of experience and a strong foundation in front-end technologies : JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

• Experience working with A / B testing or experimentation platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.).
• Understanding of web analytics concepts (data collection, tagging, interpreting results).
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and test goals.

Nice to have :

Familiarity with tag management or tagging platforms (Adobe Launch, Tealium, GTM).
