All Product Owner positions must have the following core experience, in addition to the specifics noted in each job :

• Team leadership - matrix team experience a strong plus; results-driven guiding of the teams on the "What" and requirements
• Product Vision Management - discovering and establishing the long-term and tactical requirements to meet the needs of the internal customers
• Critical Thinking - ability to scrutinize drivers and internal / external impacts to the dev team efforts, and the ability to efficiently adapt the solution approach as needed
