Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge, a member of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our full-time Core Faculty team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to impact the next generation of physicians while maintaining a meaningful outpatient clinical practice.
Opportunity Highlights
- Serve as core faculty in a well-established, ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
- 70% academic / 30% outpatient clinical role, with patient care provided through DHMG Northridge Medical Group
- Lead and participate in resident education, clinical precepting, didactics, curriculum development, and scholarly activity
- Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven faculty team in resident recruitment, evaluation, mentorship, and continuous program improvement

MD / DOCompletion of an ACGME accredited Family Medicine residency programBC in Family Medicine (FM)Must possess or have an ability to obtain an unrestricted California medical license prior to employmentPrevious experience as a Faculty Family Medicine Physician is strongly preferred.Effective written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in word processing and communication software.Knowledge of clinical practice laws, ethics, and ACGME requirements for graduate medical education.Familiarity with ACGME requirements, ABFM standards, and California licensure regulations.Overview
