Job descriptionHigh lead volumes averaging over165 new inquiries monthly. Partnerships with leading third-party providers such as "A Place For Mom" and local paid placement companies and representatives A fully integrated contact center managing incoming calls, lead entries, appointments, and tour setups. Robust corporate-generated SEO and PPC campaigns driving consistent leads. Dedicated Sales Assistants to support administrative tasks. Comprehensive Sales and Marketing Training Programs combining community and corporate training with ongoing development opportunities. Commitment to keeping the community updated, professionally decorated and beautifully appointed. Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Specific focus will be given to the mastery of our internal CRM to properly maintain a database of leads and opportunities to build and sustain an Assisted Living Community resident census.

Additionally, Grand Villa provides thorough training, a dedicated Sales Assistant position, robust corporate marketing support, and a proven sales process tailored to the Senior Living Industry.
