Founding Account Executive Opportunity

Location : San Francisco (On-site)

Compensation : $150k-$200k OTE (50 / 50 split)

Are you ready to join a high-growth startup making waves in the developer tools space? We’re on the hunt for a Founding Account Executive to help drive growth and shape the future of our client’s sales team. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the Head of Go-To-Market (GTM) , who will personally train and coach you into becoming a top-tier seller.

What You’ll Do

Own the inbound sales process, closing deals across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
Capitalize on high inbound demand , managing and closing opportunities we can’t currently handle fast enough.
Qualify and guide leads through trials, negotiations, and deal closure.
Manage a high-velocity pipeline, moving quickly and efficiently while keeping an eye on detail.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategy and improve outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

1-3 years of experience with a proven hunger for success.

Curious and technically minded : Backgrounds in math, economics, sciences, or engineering are a plus.

Grit and coachability : You thrive in challenging environments and are eager to learn and grow.

Experience or interest in SaaS sales and a knack for understanding technical products.

A strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized across opportunities.
