Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance as needed.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a Generalist.Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.You should be proficient in :
