A company is looking for an AVP, Strategic Client Agreements-Revenue Cycle Management.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate complex client contracts, including MSAs and SOWs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with operational capabilities and business objectives
Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications
JD or equivalent legal education preferred; strong experience in contract law and negotiation required
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in healthcare or related sectors
Proven ability to manage high-stakes negotiations involving technology and AI
Deep understanding of healthcare compliance and data privacy
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
