About The Position

Job Description :

Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN

Experience with hospice case management required

Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required.

Prior experience with rural travel preferred.

Experience with McKesson / Netsmart EMR preferred

Work schedule Sunday-Thursday

• Prefer a nurse with no RTO requests for this contract.

Position Urgency : Normal

Shifts :

Sunday-Thursday (M-F first week to facilitate orientation)
