Shift : Day Shift Hours (7 : 00A - 7 : 30P); Weekend & Holiday Rotation

Description : We are seeking an experienced RN for our Skilled Nursing units. The candidate must have a current IL License and CPR . Opportunities available to pick up additional hours!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Provides quality patient care by performing treatments and procedures according to established protocols

Observes patients and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment

Administers specified medications as allowed by policy, licensure, and State Practice Act

Responds safely and promptly to patient requests and reports significant observations to the RN

Demonstrates knowledge of the patient's care plan and delivers care within established standards

Participates in patient care planning and assists the RN in implementing the care plan

Demonstrates knowledge of hospital and nursing policies

Identifies emergency situations, initiates appropriate nursing measures within scope, and seeks assistance as needed

Instructs patients in self-care per teaching plan and RN direction; documents patient education
