PT / Home Health - North Team Ratios : 5-20 visits / day average Years of experience REQ : 1 First-timers accepted : (Y / N) Yes Weekend REQ : Every 6th weekend Certs REQ : BLS Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) Shifts are M-F and every 6th weekend Locals accepted : (Y / N) Yes Pending License accepted : (Y / N) Yes Territory / County covering : Territory mileage radius? 40-80 miles. Mileage reimbursed? Mileage will be reimbursed @ $0.55 / mile. RTO Restrictions : No more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours : 3 shifts per 13 weeks.
