As a Security Professional - Tech Campus Patrol in El Segundo, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to all individuals on site. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout your shift, supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and observe for any unusual activity within the tech, media, and telecom environment. Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and / or client representatives regarding incidents or concerns. Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and observations.

Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
