Chief Of Staff

As Chief Of Staff To CEO Taylor Matthews, you'll serve as a strategic partner ensuring seamless execution of Farther's ambitious growth plans. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership, requiring someone who can think strategically while driving tactical excellence across the organization.

You'll work directly with Taylor, who leads Farther's executive team as the CEO and Founder. In this role, you'll translate vision into action, manage cross-functional initiatives, and serve as a strategic partner on critical business decisions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of a fast-growing fintech company while working alongside industry veterans and innovative thinkers as we scale toward our next phase of growth.

Partner with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive company growth and operational excellence

Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and timely execution

Serve as the CEO's representative in meetings, calls, and strategic discussions when needed

Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and strategic presentations for leadership team and investors

Drive organizational effectiveness by identifying process improvements and implementing scalable solutions

Facilitate communication between the CEO and leadership team, ensuring clarity and alignment on priorities

Manage special projects including M&A activities, partnership negotiations, and strategic planning cycles

Analyze business metrics and market trends to inform strategic decision-making

MBA from a top-tier business school

2-3 years of post-MBA experience at a top-tier management consulting firm

Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable outcomes

Experience working directly with C-level executives or senior leadership teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Track record of building processes and systems that scale with organizational growth

Previous Chief Of Staff or similar strategic operations experience

Experience with venture-backed or high-growth startups

Experience in financial services, fintech, or wealth management

Familiarity with wealth management industry dynamics and regulatory environment

Experience with board management and investor relations

Strong network within fintech or financial services ecosystem
