Your Role as a CNA at Columbine Health :
Deliver personalized care to residents, ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being as per individualized care plans.
Assist with daily activities such as grooming, hygiene, feeding, toileting, and mobility, while maintaining residents' dignity and comfort.
Uphold a restraint-free and abuse-free environment, promptly reporting any incidents or concerns.
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions or behaviors to nursing staff.
Conduct routine rounds to address residents' needs and respond promptly to requests for assistance.
Accurately document care provided and adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
Contribute to care plans and participate in care planning meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
At least 17 years of age.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
A Certified Nursing Assistant License in the state of Colorado.
Skills and Traits :
