Case Manager in Training

Summary

This role will wo rk as a floater in our office training and supporting several attorneys and case staff on rotation. This position trains for an eventual move to a highly sought Case Manager position.

Compensation for this role starts at $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Case Managers
• Order medical records from providers
• Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carries
• Investigate the nature and facts of cases
• Learn to negotiate deductions of outstanding medical balances with providers
• Prepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach a settlement in each case

Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
