Senior Manager Global V&A Rewards Interlock Team

The Senior Manager for the Global V&A Rewards Interlock Team leads a team responsible for designing, building, and communicating rewards policies, processes, and programs to acquisitions and outsourcing deals that deliver the long-term HR strategy and goals of our business. This role is pivotal in managing Accenture's global rewards strategy, philosophy, and processes, ensuring a consistent approach and experience for our people worldwide. The Senior Manager drives analytics and solutioning for acquisition work, collaborating closely with key function leads across Rewards (Planning, Executive Compensation, Compensation Administration, Benefits) and V&A deal teams from due diligence to cutover. This position requires strong leadership, ownership, and the ability to influence and drive results in a global, matrixed environment. Key responsibilities include :

  • Leading the management and continuous improvement of the V&A rewards database, ensuring regular updates and stakeholder education on acquisition processes and guidelines.
  • Providing expert guidance on the design and harmonization of Total Rewards structures for non-standard rewards models brought into Accenture.
  • Developing and delivering educational materials for the V&A community on key topics such as Base Pay, Bonus, Equity, Performance, Retention Programs, and Governance.
  • Driving solutioning with the V&A Team and stakeholders during due diligence and closed stages, maximizing opportunities for acquired individuals to join standard rewards programs.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders across Career Architecture, HRBPs, Talent Strategy, and the broader V&A team.
  • Directing the adoption and execution of global base pay and bonus programs aligned with business objectives for acquisitions and outsourcing deals.
  • Leading process optimization initiatives using technology, automation, and analytics to enhance compensation operations and insights.
  • Independently resolving compensation issues and making recommendations for pay solutions.
  • Engaging directly with senior leadership from acquired organizations, providing expert guidance on rewards integration.

  • Job Requirements :

  • This role is part of a global team and may require work outside of normal business hours to align with global stakeholders.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions or Ventures & Acquisitions work.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Postgraduate / Graduate degree (HR designation / certification CCP, desirable).
  • Proven experience in M&A and working with cross-cultural teams.
  • Advanced analytical, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in English (other languages a plus).
  • Experience with Workday, V&A / M&A, Market Intelligence Platforms, and real-time data sources preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and data analytics.
  • Experience in process and rewards program design and acquisition management at an advanced level.
  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
