Auto Uptime Advocate

A company is looking for an Auto Uptime Advocate (Remote - Michigan).

Key Responsibilities

Assist dealers with critical orders, products, services, and inquiries

Manage case records, including logging calls and updating dealer orders

Provide timely solutions through various communication channels while enhancing customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent plus 8 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree plus 6 years, or a bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience

Basic automotive knowledge and case handling skills

Familiarity with various work processes through job-related training and experience

Must be available for shifts between Monday to Saturday during specified hours

Must have a reliable wired internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
