Job Title : Process Automation Engineer

You will join a new team working on one branch of an evolving technical landscape that is reinventing the publication process. Process Automation Engineers combine data and programming skills with process knowledge to both optimize existing processes and re-imagine value-add solutions. We are tasked to deliver and realize continuous improvement, delivering tangible and measurable business results.

Who you are :

You understand and are able to interpret business processes. You are passionate about keeping things only as complicated as they need to be. You would describe yourself as a get-it-done and out-of-the-box person who appreciates the cultural diversity of a global company. You have already gained professional experience in designing and delivering process automation solutions. You bring the right attitude and aptitude and you would be ready to get trained on the job.

What you will do :

Design and implement technical automation solutions to optimize both routine and complex business processes

Work as a part of a small technical team, with the support and backing of a large and visionary operations organization

Ensure stability and continuity in technical delivery

Help our business become faster, friendlier and more fair

What we expect :

Experience with SQL and programming languages such as Python

Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

Results-driven personality, with a passion for evaluating and demonstrating achievements

Eagerness to work in an intercultural environment, with strong values in diversity and inclusion

• Excellent command (business fluency) of English

What we would appreciate :

Experience in business analysis and working with internal customers and stakeholders

Experience with project coordination

Knowledge and / or experience of the STM publishing process

Proficiency in languages other than English
