At DIT-MCO International, we design and service advanced test systems used in mission-critical aerospace and defense programs. As a Technical Service Engineer, you'll play a vital role in keeping our equipment running at peak performance—whether on the production floor or at the customer site.
What You’ll Do
- Be the Frontline of Support – Install, troubleshoot, and repair DIT-MCO test systems and software at customer sites across the U.S., ensuring minimal downtime for our mission-critical partners.
- Keep Communication Flowing – Provide timely technical assistance via phone, email, and remote support; respond quickly and professionally to customer needs.
- Repair & Restore – Perform board-level diagnostics and subassembly repairs, both onsite and in our in-house test lab.
- Document and Deliver – Prepare clear, detailed service reports and track issues using internal systems to support follow-up and resolution.
- Build Strong Partnerships – Work closely with internal teams and customer contacts to resolve problems, identify upgrade opportunities, and support long-term system success.
- Travel with Purpose – Travel extensively to customer locations for hands-on service and support—travel is a key part of this role.

Requirements : What You Bring
Technical Education or Proven ExpertiseAssociate’s degree in electronics or Electronic Technician Certification preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.U.S. citizenship required.Must be eligible to access restricted U.S. military facilities.Core Technical SkillsSolid understanding of electronic components, circuits, troubleshooting, and basic computer networking.Experience with PC setup, system networking, and at least one programming language is a plus.Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.Professional StrengthsClear, confident communication skills—written and verbal.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Capable of working independently or collaboratively across departments.Resourceful problem-solving with a service-first mindset.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and customer environments.Professional presence and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.Ability to build relationships and represent DIT-MCO with integrity and professionalism.________________________________________
