Midwest Vision Partners, the fastest-growing premiere eye care company in the Midwest, is seeking candidates to lead our physician recruitment efforts. Join a team that, since inception in 2019, has completed 20 acquisitions, growing to over 70 locations and 1,300 employees, and focuses on advancing through teamwork, honesty, and a relentless emphasis on patient care.

Responsibilities :

• Recruit for MD and OD candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Doximity, association career sites, inbound inquiries, etc.
• Manage the recruitment process including conducting initial phone screens, coordinating video interviews and on-site visits (itinerary, as well as logistics i.e. booking travel), as well as drafting and delivering offers and employment agreements and negotiating to close.
• Attend major Ophthalmology and Optometry conferences.
• Plan and coordinate events at ophthalmology and optometry conferences, inviting prospective doctors to attend.
• Optimize HubSpot (CRM) and inbound sourcing.
