Join our maintenance team as an Electrical & Automation Technician, where you'll play a key role in ensuring all control systems and electrical components run safely, efficiently, and with precision. Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and components.
- Monitor and upgrade PLCs, drives, HMIs, and other control equipment.
- Support mechanics with troubleshooting electrical or programming issues.
- Write and modify control programs; design new control systems.
- Inspect, calibrate, and test control systems regularly.
- Lead or support control system upgrades.
- Follow all SOPs, GMPs, safety policies, and quality standards.
Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or trade school required.2-year degree in electrical or related field.3-5 years of experience in electrical components, controls, and automation.Ability to read schematics, ladder logic, and generate technical documentation.Familiarity with CMMS, Rockwell, and Microsoft software.Able to work rotating shifts, irregular hours, or overtime.Food manufacturing experience is a plus.English required; bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.Ready to take your skills to the next level?
