Your impact

As our global water demand grows, solving complex water challenges requires innovative thinking. Bring your leadership to help define and grow our water / wastewater business, managing relationships with municipal clients. We seek an experienced, motivated Resident Project Representative / Construction Manager in Milwaukee, WI, to deliver municipal water and wastewater treatment plant upgrades and support our market sector growth. You will oversee projects from concept through design and construction, mentoring less experienced staff. This role involves working onsite at active construction sites.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in technical inspection within construction, including specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Experience in municipal construction or related fields.
• Knowledge of multiple trade inspections, construction, and estimating.
• Physical ability to move around active sites.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team skills.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn on the job.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $117,000 to $170,000, determined by location, skills, experience, and education. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), stock purchase options, paid time off, holidays, and bonuses.
