Client Team Leader / Project Director, Land Development (Los Angeles)

JSGs client, a well-established multi-disciplinary consulting firm, is seeking a Client Team Leader / Project Director to support their growing Land Development Group in Los Angeles County. This leadership role combines business development and project management responsibilities, with a focus on delivering high-impact solutions across a variety of land development projects.

Salary : 200K

Client Team Leader Responsibilities

• Oversee the full client lifecycle across Los Angeles County, with responsibility for promoting the firms complete suite of services, regardless of internal structure.
• Drive significant new business growth, lead key client teams, coordinate cross-functional business development efforts, and analyze market trends.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience by building and maintaining deep, lasting relationships.
• Monitor and assess project manager performance on key accounts, including conducting client feedback surveys where applicable.
• Provide coaching and feedback to project managers to align with client expectations and intervene when performance issues arise.
• Support project recovery efforts and assist with collections as needed.
• Make pursuit decisions (go / no-go), select teaming partners, and determine pursuit staffing strategies.
• Own overall client profitability, contract terms, revenue forecasting, and sales performance.
