Responsibilities
- Call on and demonstrates equipment to customers to display it, explain features and solicit orders
- Represent the company in positive manner with professionalism and knowledgeable attitude
- Know the equipment, its use and the competition products
- Define with the customer their needs
- Demonstrate product knowledge and emphasizes features the customer values
- Explain the merits of the equipment and advise customers
- Prepare and attend trade shows and exhibitions.
- Perform equipment training for internal and dealer sales staff.
- Compile lists of prospects & contacts based on field visits, trade shows or other sources
- Support sales representatives to help with sales and promotes growth as a company.
- Prepare, start up and maintain the demonstration equipment
- Investigate and resolve customer problems with equipment
- Service and repair equipment at workshop or customer’s location
- Report Weekly Activities and Field Feedbacks to Manager
- Travel over 80% required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experiencePositive, self-motivated, professional, and persuasiveExcellent communication and people skillsEnjoy public speaking & selling.Agronomic and technical knowledge preferred.Spanish speaker preferred.Previous sales powered equipment knowledge preferred.Clean driving record necessaryCompany Description
