The Role:

As a Real-World Data Engagement Manager, you will be at the forefront of executing client projects, helping them meet their objectives. You will be the main point of contact for clients, guiding the project to success and coordinating with your team members effectively. This position allows you to enhance your leadership skills while fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading daily project execution and serving as the primary client contact for strategic engagements, addressing client inquiries independently.

• Ensuring compliance with Norstella’s engagement management standards throughout project delivery and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5-6 years in life sciences strategy consulting and program management, with a focus on Real World Data Strategy or related experiences within biopharmaceuticals.
