About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated EMEA Regional Operations Team Leader (Logistics) to join our growing regional team.
This is a 50 / 50 role , combining hands-on operational work with team leadership.
You will : Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of goods to customers across the EMEA region.
Lead and manage the EMEA Operations team , consisting of approximately 8 employees across Europe and Israel, ensuring the team meets its objectives while providing personal support and guidance to team members.
Provide exceptional service and operational support to external customers and internal stakeholders—particularly sales teams—while collaborating closely with Kramer’s global headquarters in Israel.
Reporting directly to the EMEA President , you will manage customer orders, resolve operational challenges, and optimize logistics processes to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Oversee regional logistics operations to guarantee on-time, accurate, and high-quality deliveries.
Act as the primary operational interface between the EMEA region and Kramer HQ.
Manage and mentor the EMEA Operations team (≈8 employees across Europe and Israel), ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while supporting their personal and professional development.
Support sales and customer service teams by addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues.
Track procurement, shipments, and inventory across multiple regions.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain activities with business goals.
Requirements Proven experience in operations, logistics, procurement tracking, or a similar field.
Experience leading an operational team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Experience with ERP systems ( Priority ERP is an advantage).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to balance hands-on operational work with team leadership responsibilities.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are an advantage).
