Location : Flexible U.S. location with travel to field operations and key customer sites

Position Summary

TransTech Group seeks a proven executive to lead the strategy, growth, and performance of our field and industrial services businesses across North America. The VP– Services Group will oversee all operations including installation, maintenance, construction, I&E services, retrofit, turnaround, and emergency response. This leader will scale our national service platform, drive operational excellence, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

• Drive expansion into new markets such as renewables, data centers, and LNG / RNG.
• Support cross-sell initiatives and integration of acquired service businesses.
