We’re hiring a full-time Service Manager to join UTS in Richardson, Texas . We're looking for an empathetic, driven leader to support our field electricians and ensure the success of our electrical service operations.

What You’ll Do as Electrical Service Manager

As the Electrical Service Manager , you’ll lead our electrical service team by :

Coordinating scheduling and dispatch with the office and field

Managing technician goals, performance, and development

Supporting customer service resolutions and team needs

Overseeing training, permitting, compliance, and paperwork

Leading team meetings on safety, service, code, and customer care

Stepping in for the General Manager as needed

You’ll act as the vital link between the field and the office — making sure the team runs smoothly and customers stay happy.

Requirements & Skills

We’re looking for someone who :

Has experience in service management (preferred)

Is highly organized and detail-oriented

Can manage a team with empathy, leadership, and accountability

Is tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry

Has strong communication and multitasking skills

You should also be confident in :

Interviewing, training, and mentoring technicians

Handling customer service issues professionally

Running department meetings and managing performance metrics

Staying current on code, safety standards, and best practices
