LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Family Practice MD in Sunnyvale, California, 94039!

Pay Information

$135 to $145 per hour

About The Position

Join our Family Medicine team and provide comprehensive primary care to our patient population! We offer a flexible schedule, supportive staff, and fast credentialing.

Practice Setting :

  • Google off-campus location in an outpatient setting
  • Support staff includes an RN and an MA
  • Average volume of 12-14 PPD

Cases and Procedures :

  • Primary care and chronic care conditions
  • Acute sick visits, wellness exams, and immunizations

    • Schedule :

  • Full-time (FT)
  • Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

    • No call requirements

    Requirements :

  • MD / DO degree in Family Medicine
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Current California medical license
  • BLS and DEA certifications
