We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Modeling and Animation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating detailed 3D models and producing realistic animations, particularly for assembly and disassembly processes. This role will focus on modeling substation equipment for both 3D printing and interactive visualizations to support training programs and operational simulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• 3D Modeling : Develop accurate and detailed 3D models of substation equipment and components using CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
• Animation Development : Create high-quality animations demonstrating assembly, disassembly, and operational procedures of substation equipment.
• Training Visualizations : Produce interactive and realistic visual content for training programs, enhancing understanding of equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and operational workflows.
• 3D Printing Preparation : Design 3D models suitable for 3D printing, including optimizing models for scale, material, and printing technology.
• Technical Collaboration : Work closely with engineering and training teams to translate technical drawings, schematics, and specifications into engaging and educational visual content.
• Rendering and Post-Production : Generate photorealistic renders and apply finishing touches through post-production techniques.
• Project Management : Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

The hourly rate for this position is between $40.00-$45.00 per hour.
