Opportunity Snapshot : A critical access hospital in Northeastern Wisconsin is seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians for ongoing locum coverage. This role provides care across the ED and an adjacent Urgent Care, with opportunities to manage a high-acuity patient population in a supportive, team-based environment.

- Start Date : January 20, 2026 - Ongoing Need
- Providers Needed : 3
- Setting : Critical access hospital with 10 beds; Level IV Trauma
- Daily Census : 13 inpatient; ED annual volume 13,500; Urgent Care annual volume 14,500
- Patient Volume : 15-30 per shift
- Staffing Model : ED staffed by 1 MD / DO and APC; UC staffed by 2 APCs
- Procedures : Intubations, central lines, chest tubes, FAST exams, lumbar punctures, and other ED procedures
- EMR : Epic
- Support : Central phone line for tertiary transfers
