Job Title : Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment issues. You will ensure equipment reliability and safety through preventive maintenance and compliance with safety standards.

Pay : 24-28 / hr

Shift : M-F 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30pm

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment issues, replacing faulty components as needed.
• Quickly address equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct and document planned maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Keep equipment in top condition for safe and efficient production results and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Safely operate cranes, hoists, hand / power tools, precision measurement tools, and electronic testing devices.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain parts and tools inventory, ensuring organization and availability.
• Keep detailed logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Operate machines as needed for troubleshooting and to supplement production requirements during busy periods.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00 / yr.
