We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You’ll be instrumental in identifying and attracting top technical talent to support our expanding client base and internal growth. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic sourcing with relationship-building and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry events
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Represent In-Telecom Consulting at career fairs and recruitment events
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical rolesStrong understanding of IT roles such as network engineers, system administrators, and software developersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn RecruiterAbility to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environmentJob Benefits
